- I still don't understand why this is such an issue (except for all the money the corrupted would lose of course...see post #1.6). There is an easy fix to this, just make all drugs legal, tax, and regulate them.

- After my wedding (1.5 years ago), I was sitting on the toilet during the reception. Had my smartphone out, so I decided to update my status. Nothing wrong with that. Then my wife updated hers a little later after the reception was winding down.

- With the amount of gridlock, obstruction, and amazing abuse of the filibuster , it's a wonder that Washington has worked at all the past 2 years, dysfunction included. Obama has been doing his best to try to help things get better, and has offered to compromise.

- Photons (light rays) undergo scattering and absorption through matter, and photons also interact with matter, i.e. all the atmosphere the light would travel through before being measured. Basically, speed of light on earth is slightly slower than the speed of light in space.
